A distraught woman abandoned her 3 month old child in front of a strangers door. Caught on Ring video, disturbing incident shows woman leaving her infant at a strangers door. She interacted with the homeowner saying things like “your daughter is dating his daddy” and also warning her that the baby has scabies infection. Child was left in soiled diaper with half can of formula. The woman was later arrested and the child is now in protective custody. Source
