Woman Trapped in Minivan Calls 911 as River Water Rises

A woman was rescued by police after getting trapped in her sinking minivan in an icy Ohio river. The driver told a 911 dispatcher that water was up to her car’s window. The dispatcher then asked if there was anything in the car she could use to break the window. When officers arrived on the scene, they could hear her pleas for help. Officer Christian Tussey was up to chest in the icy water when he shattered the window and pulled the woman out to safety. Source Inside Edition
