A man passing by punched a senior citizen who was sweeping a sidewalk in Chicago
A video of the incident tweeted by the Chicago Police Department on Sunday shows the elderly man holding a broom and dustpan and the suspect walking towards him.
Unprovoked, the man passing by abruptly lunges toward the victim and punches him with his left fist, then pushed him with his right hand to the ground.
