Video shows a man trowing rocks at cars driving by, he nearly misses a white sedan. The car seems to slow down and the man throws another rock at the car thought he doesn’t hit the car. The driver immediately made a U-turn and started to drive towards the guy throwing rocks, the sedan jumps on the side walk quickly drives and hits the man and then speeds off. The man takes gets hit and shockingly seems to get right back up.
