Federal prosecutors have named Tekashi 6ix9ine as a member of the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods during recent legal proceedings. They have released photos they claim to prove his affiliation with the criminal group and justify their request of the suspect’s continued stay behind bars while he awaits trial.

Federal prosecutors have released photos of inked up rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine that they claim prove he is a dangerous gangbanger and should remain in prison until trial.

The photos, which were presented to a Manhattan federal court magistrate judge on Monday but released on Tuesday, include photos of an AK-15 assault rifle federal agents discovered at his Brooklyn home in September, as well as images from video surveillance that prosecutors say puts the rapper, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, at the scene of multiple crime
