You can now fly with weed out of Los Angeles International Airport
Travelers flying out Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) have one more thing to think about when planning a trip, how much weed to pack.
That’s right, for the first time, passengers flying high out of LAX can now legally bring their marijuana onboard.
The new policy is a direct result of Proposition 64 which legalized pot in California. Passengers 21 and older are now legally allowed to carry a maximum of 28.5 grams of the flower or 8 grams of the condensed variety.
Something to keep in mind is that marijuana is legal in CA but not in every state. So, if you are planning on flying out-of-state remember that pot may be illegal at your destination. Source
