The Madison Police Department is seeking the identity of three teenagers who were captured on video fleeing the scene of a traffic crash Tuesday afternoon involving a stolen SUV.
Police say the driver of the SUV was speeding when he or she ran a red light at the corner of S. Gammon Road and Mineral Point Road. After crashing into another vehicle, the teenagers ran off.
