e opened up about meeting Beyoncé and being completely unable to accept her kind words. “I ran into her right before I went on my book tour last year, and she was still pregnant, and she said to me, ‘I’m really excited for you and really proud of everything you’re doing.’”
Instead of thanking the singer, Sidibe says she asked her how her pregnancy was going. “I didn’t take it,” she lamented. “Beyoncé gave me a compliment, and I was like, ‘No’.”
