A driver learned the hard way that it is never ok to endanger construction workers and flaggers.

A driver in his underwear in red pickup truck headed east on Hwy 36 encountered the area where a federal road realignment project is under construction. He flew by them while they were flagging him down and drove right into the job-site; ended up skidding off road and crashing into the water truck. He then tried to run on foot but they caught him and restrained by hogtying him.

A loader bucket carried the man back up to the road where he was later taken into custody by the California Highway Patrol.
