23-Year-Old Man Accused of Making $1.3 Million in Fake Returns to Walmart

23-year-old Thomas Frudaker was arrested for allegedly making fake returns worth $1.3 million at more than 1,000 Walmart stores across the U.S.

Thomas Frudaker was arrested Wednesday, He is facing six felony charges, including two counts of theft, two counts of criminal damage and  two counts of fraudulent schemes.

His bond has been set at $40,000.
