Though when being held down the suspect didn’t believe that the man holding her down is a policeman and asked to show his I.D. While holding her down the off duty officer ask another bystander to take his badge out of his back pocket and show it to her, upon seeing that the person holding her down is a police officer the suspect shows less resistance and starts to comply.
