“So this just happened by my place of business. She was singing operatically while trying to stop and board the passing vehicles.
Update: The police eventually arrived, and she behaved in a very calm manner almost as if she hadn’t done anything out of the ordinary in the first place. She then rationally explained to the officers that she just felt like singing in traffic. Wasn’t much they could do after that.”
