A Las Vegas woman, who’s been identified as Summer Berlinger is seen here yelling “Help! Gun!” to allegedly frame an unarmed man. James Ochoa was working on one of her neighbors driveways and had left to go use a restroom. She later admitted that she just wanted him out of her neighborhood.
